Mirza Chauki Highways Private Limited (MCHPL)

Incorporated on: 18th April 2025
Purpose: Formed to execute the project titled “Four-laning of NH-80 section of Mirza Chauki to Farakka from existing Km 190.00 to Km 200.75 (Junction at Km 3.100 of NH-133B) and from Km 260.00 to Km 283.00 (Design Km 274.133)” in Jharkhand (Package-II) under Hybrid Annuity Mode. DIPL emerged as the L1 bidder and established MCHPL as the executing SPV.
Directors: Mr. Baljit Singh and Mr. Harjit Singh
Concession Period:  17 years after the appointed date is the exact concession term (2 years for construction + 15 years of COD-mandated fixed operations).

Letter of Award Issued: 27th March 2025

Ambala Kala Amb Highway
Private Limited

Incorporated on: 21st December 2022
Purpose: Established to carry out the “Four-laning of Ambala-Kala Amb section of NH-72 (Part of New NH-344 and New NH-7) from Ambala Ring Road to Shahzadpur and Kala Amb (HR/HP Border)” along a 33.815 km stretch using Hybrid Annuity Mode. DIPL won the project as the lead bidder and established this SPV for focused delivery.

Concession Period: 17 years from the appointed date (2 years for building and 15 years fixed operational duration from COD)

Silchar Jiribam Highways Private Limited (SJHPL)

Incorporated on: 4th April 2025
Purpose: Established to carry out the Bharatmala Pariyojna project “Four-laning of Silchar (near Nutan Dayapur village) to Budha Nagar section under Package SJ-1 of NH-37 from Km 260+000 to Km 233+000 in Assam” on a hybrid annuity mode. SJHPL was incorporated as the SPV and DIPL was chosen as the L1 bidder.

Concession Period: 17 years from the appointed date (2 years for building and 15 years fixed operational duration from COD)
